Shipping

 

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

 

The Bridal Series Co. is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Bridal Series Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. 

 

Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, carrier delays) are outside of our control. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective products. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for our products. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include clear photographs of the damage. Once verified, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
