We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business day after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. The Bridal Series Co. is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, or weather related conditions. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Bridal Series Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

​Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship from New York, USA.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders are processed quickly, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
What if my package is delayed?
Once your package is in USPS’s hands, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. If your tracking shows a delay, it’s usually due to USPS transit issues or weather.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage. If you need your order rushed, please contact us before placing your order to discuss available expedited shipping options. Additional shipping fees will apply.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

USPS Ground Advantage includes up to $100 of insurance coverage for lost or damaged packages.
