All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety standards. However, we do offer exchanges if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost for the product. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing once your exchange has been approved.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet our policy criteria or if the product appears used. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for our products.
